 Stenon Becomes a Finalist in the German Sustainability Award.

One of our proudest moments this year was becoming a Top 3 finalist in the German Sustainability Award (DNP) in the category Agriculture and Fishery.

This award is one of Europe’s most respected honors for sustainability-driven companies. Out of the top-ranked organizations in this field, only around ten pioneers were selected for deeper evaluation and Stenon advanced to the final round alongside: UNSER LAND, a regional food solidarity network & Bingenheimer Saatgut AG, a distributor of open-pollinated organic seeds.

The finalists were celebrated in Düsseldorf during the DNP Congress, attended by representatives from the EU, the Bundestag, German ministries, the United Nations, and the WTO.

This recognition reflects the work of our entire Stenon team and the trust of our partners and customers. It motivates us to keep pushing for a more sustainable, data-driven agricultural future.

And for Stenon, this award carries special meaning. Our mission has always been clear: to improve sustainability, maximize yields, reduce input costs for growers, and minimize over-fertilization while supporting a more efficient and environmentally sound agricultural ecosystem.

Being acknowledged among Europe’s sustainability leaders reinforces that what we are building truly matters. It shows that our efforts are not only valuable for farmers, but essential for global agriculture. We are doing what we believe in and the world is recognizing its importance.

A New Software Milestone: Enhanced Isoline Visualization

This enhancement significantly improves the user experience.

2025 also introduced a major upgrade to our agronomic software: an Enhanced Isoline Visualization that delivers smoother, more organic contours for interpreting field variability. Instead of the traditional 50-meter grids, our system now generates refined isolines, an industry-standard method used across professional agronomy tools, resulting in clearer zone boundaries and a more natural, easy-to-read representation of soil conditions.

The new isoline visualization is already available in Central Asia, Greece, Brazil, and California (US).

This enhancement significantly improves the user experience, offering greater visual precision to growers and agronomists inspecting Stenon’s heatmaps. Field analysis becomes more intuitive, more accurate, and more aligned with the way maps are interpreted in real farming operations. The new isoline visualization is already available in Central Asia, Greece, Brazil, and California (US), with additional regions soon to follow.

As always, this evolution is the outcome of close collaboration between Stenon’s Product team, our partners, and growers worldwide. We actively incorporate feedback from the field transforming practical agronomic needs into meaningful software improvements. Every enhancement is powered by local agronomic intelligence, validated through real-world results, and tailored to the unique conditions of each market we serve.

Looking ahead to 2026, we’re excited to share a preview of our next major development: a new interpolation engine that will produce more stable fertilizer prescriptions and further reduce the influence of anomalous field conditions. More updates are coming soon!

A remarkable year for case studies in Brazil

A series of structured case studies has brought impressive results.

2025 was a remarkable year for case studies in Brazil. Together with our partners, we went far beyond delivering real-time soil data. We conducted a series of structured case studies, elevating our methodology into a robust framework now used not only to showcase the advantages of our technology, but also to support research programs in collaboration with some of the world’s largest food producers.

Our case study workflow follows a clear, standardized approach:

  1. Project planning with dedicated timelines and sampling design based on the goals of each study;
  2. Field measurements throughout the crop cycle;
  3. VRA application using both Stenon’s recommendations and a traditional practice control zone;
  4. Pre-harvest crop evaluation, combining visual assessments with leaf analysis, NDVI, and OneSoil;
  5. Harvest evaluation;
  6. A final performance report summarizing input efficiency and crop outcomes.

Across all projects, the results consistently confirmed the agronomic and economic impact of real-time soil intelligence. Case studies in Brazil showed fertilizer savings of 20–40%, yield increases between 2–8%, and return-on-investment values ranging from USD 64 to 120 per hectare, depending on crop, region, and season.

You can explore selected highlights here.

Many of these initiatives are aligned with national sustainability agendas, and their impact continues to expand. Local media have also spotlighted Stenon’s growing influence on profitability and sustainability in Brazilian agriculture, including a recent feature in AgFeed.

At Stenon, our team of agronomy experts is always enthusiastic about initiating new case-study projects with our partners. These collaborations are the perfect demonstration of how smart technology combined with strong agronomic expertise can transform operations and elevate agricultural practices. We look forward to many more projects ahead!

Central Asia Continues to Grow: A Strong Year in Kazakhstan

Stenon’s FarmLab at Agritechnica 2025.

This year pushed the region of Kazakhstan to a new level of impact, where more than 305,000 hectares were analyzed using our real-time soil technology. Our exclusive partner in the region, Eurasia Group, played a major role in this achievement driving adoption, supporting growers, and integrating Stenon’s methodology into modern agronomic practices across the country.

This year, Eurasia Group showcased Stenon prominently at Agritechnica, the world’s most important agricultural machinery and technology expo. Their booth attracted a strong stream of visitors interested in solutions that accelerate digital transformation in farming. Stenon’s FarmLab, WebApp visualizations, and VRA recommendations stood out as key technologies supporting the region’s shift toward more efficient nutrient management.

Beyond field expansion, our collaboration with Eurasia Group’s agronomy team has been equally important. Together, we enhanced the soil analysis technology for Kazakhstan’s diverse soil conditions, refining algorithms for local crops, and enhancing our software with region-specific functionalities. These joint efforts ensure that Stenon’s insights match the needs of growers in Central Asia with the highest level of precision.

One of the year’s standout success stories comes from Farm Pobeda, where Stenon helped significantly improve nutrient efficiency and yield outcomes.

We are proud to support one of the most dynamic farming regions in the world, and we look forward to continuing our joint journey with Eurasia Group unlocking more productive, profitable, and data-driven hectares in the seasons to come.

New Region Unlocked: Hello, Greece!

Stenon’s solutions are now fully available in the Greek region.

2025 marked a major step forward in Southern Europe as Stenon officially entered the Greek market through a strategic partnership with Agrotech, the country’s leading John Deere machinery dealer. This collaboration opens the door for Greek growers to adopt real-time soil intelligence fully calibrated to local conditions and seamlessly integrated into the existing John Deere ecosystem.

Our partnership approach in Greece goes far beyond simply delivering technology. Over the past months, Stenon and Agrotech completed one of our most extensive regional calibration campaigns to date. Our team travelled more than 13,000 km, visited 80 fields across diverse agro-climatic zones, and collected over 1,200 soil samples all paired with thousands of in-field real-time measurements using FarmLab devices.

This groundwork ensures that Stenon’s technology is not just available in Greece, but deeply adapted to Greek soils, crops, and agronomic practices. Samples were processed across three laboratories in Greece and two in Germany, enabling our Data Science team to refine local models, adjust algorithms, and validate the precision required for a successful market rollout.

To support this expansion, we also launched the Greek version of our website, localized all marketing materials, and fully adapted both the hardware and software for Greek-speaking users. Training and onboarding sessions with Agrotech’s agronomists and customers guarantee that every grower receives guidance tailored to their region, their crops, and their operational needs.

And we’re not stopping there. Together with Agrotech and their affiliated farms, we’ve already initiated a series of local case studies using Stenon’s methodology. These projects aim to demonstrate the impact of real-time soil intelligence on fertilizer efficiency, yield quality, and farm profitability in Greece. The first results will be released in 2026 and they’re already showing promising dynamics.

Our strategic alliance with Agrotech is a perfect example of how Stenon enters new regions: with deep technical preparation, agronomic precision, and long-term collaboration at every step. We look forward to continuing this journey and supporting Greek agriculture with the most advanced real-time soil intelligence available today.
